Ps Wilson Lim is the founding pastor of the thriving Hope Church Brisbane, currently serving as HIM President and regional pastor for our Hope churches in Oceania. He holds Bachelor and Doctorate degrees in Civil Engineering from Monash University and was previously a research scientist with CSIRO. He also holds a Masters of Theology from the University of Manchester. He is recognised for his balanced, in-depth teaching and engaging-style of expository preaching. His passion is teaching, equipping leaders and building the church. He is happily married to Ps Lai Ling who complements him in ministry with her passion in the areas of prophetic, intercession, pastoral care and counselling. They have three adult children.

Ps Ian Foley is the Advisory Pastor of Hope Melbourne. He has been married more than 49 years to a wonderful wife, Daisy, and has two fantastic girls who married two fantastic guys. Both Ps Ian and Daisy have been in the academic world most of their adult life, Ps Ian as a lecturer in Computer Science after doing a Ph. D. in atmospheric Physics and Daisy as a teacher. They began leading the Waverley Centre at the end of 1999, and since that time the Melbourne church has grown from two centres to four. Ps Ian has a passion for God and His plan and God’s people laying down their life for Jesus. He carries a deep burden to see unity of understanding as disunity caps revival. In line with his teaching anointing, he has a deep understanding of the Word and a focus on rightly discerning truth to resolve difficult issues. Ps Ian also carries a keen interest in prayer and the prophetic, which underlies much of his ministry.

Ps Brendan Kirby is the senior pastor of Hope Adelaide Christian Fellowship. Ps Brendan became a Christian in 1984, and joined Hope Melbourne in 1991. In the 80’s he trained in physics at The University Of Melbourne, and graduated with a PhD in Applied Nuclear Techniques of Analysis in 1989. Since then Ps Brendan has worked as a post doctoral fellow and research scientist for about 23 years in various government research organizations. He married Helen in 1994, and in 1998 they moved to Adelaide to plant Hope Adelaide. Ps Brendan is passionate about building and planting churches, and to see Christians fulfil their potential in God. He oversees churches in South Australia and Western Australia, and assists in overseeing churches in Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo and India under Hope International Ministries.

Ps Joshua has been in Hope Church Brisbane since 1997. He formerly worked as an accountant before becoming a full-time church staff. He is now the executive pastor of Hope Church (Brisbane) and oversees our Brisbane and Gatton services, church ministries and operations. He is known for his humour and impactful preaching. He is happily married to Lillian. They are a fun-loving couple and hugely pastoral. Together, they are passionate about equipping and empowering leaders. They love investing in the next generation and helping people thrive in their spiritual journey. Ps Joshua is a sports fan, enjoys music and reading. Lillian loves to bake and paint. They are parents to two children and two dogs.
